Install the app
Tap Install on the Play Store page. The app is about 30–50MB and installs in under a minute on most connections.
Once installed, tap Open or find the AutoListAI icon on your home screen.

Sign in with your Google account
Tap Sign in with Google — this is the safest and fastest login method. No password needed.
You can also sign in with Email/Password if you prefer. Apple login is available on iOS.

Connect your social media accounts
After login, go to Settings → Connected Accounts and connect:
• Facebook — connect your Page (not personal profile)
• Instagram — must be a Business or Creator account
• YouTube — connect your channel
• LinkedIn — connect your personal profile or company page
You can connect one or all four. Each connection uses secure OAuth — AutoListAI never stores your passwords.

Allow required permissions
The app will ask for these permissions when you first use each feature:
• Camera — for taking property photos directly in the app
• Photos / Gallery — for selecting existing property images
• Notifications — for post success/failure alerts (recommended: Allow)
You can grant or revoke permissions anytime in Android Settings → Apps → AutoListAI.

You’re ready — tap “New Post” to start
The Dashboard shows all available features. Free plan gives you 5 posts/month. Tap any locked feature to see upgrade options. The green + New Post button is always in the bottom-right corner.

How to Create a New Post
Post a property to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn simultaneously — in under 30 seconds.
ℹ️Prerequisite: At least one social media account must be connected (Settings → Connected Accounts) before you can publish a post.

Tap the green “+ New Post” button
Found at the bottom-right of the Dashboard screen. This opens the Post creation screen.

Upload property photos or video
Tap Camera to take a new photo directly, or tap Gallery to choose existing photos.
You can select multiple photos. Pro plan users can use Bulk Upload for multiple properties at once.

Write or generate your caption
Type a caption manually, or pick from the caption templates library. Pro+AI users can tap “AI Write” to generate a caption instantly — just enter BHK, area, price and location.

Select your target platforms
Toggle on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and/or LinkedIn. You can post to one or all four simultaneously.

Tap “Post Now” or “Schedule for Later”
Post Now publishes immediately to all selected platforms. Schedule for Later (Starter plan and above) lets you pick a date and time.
You’ll receive a push notification when each platform confirms the post went live.

Instagram only allows posting from Business or Creator accounts — personal accounts cannot be connected via API. To fix this: open Instagram → Settings → Account → Switch to Professional Account → choose Business or Creator. Then try connecting again in AutoListAI.
Go to Post History → tap the failed post → tap Retry. If it fails again, check: (1) the connected account is still active and not expired, (2) the image meets platform requirements (Instagram: square or portrait, max 8MB), (3) your internet connection is stable. Each platform is retried independently.
Tap any locked feature on the Dashboard → you’ll see the upgrade screen showing all plans. Tap the plan you want → Google Play’s payment sheet opens → complete payment. Your new plan activates within seconds — no restart needed. To downgrade: manage your subscription in Google Play Store → Subscriptions → AutoListAI.
Sign in with the same Google account you used before. Your paid plan is automatically restored via Google Play (no need to repurchase). Your post history is synced from the cloud once you sign in. If your plan doesn’t restore automatically, go to Settings → Restore Purchase.
Yes — Pro plan supports 2 team members, Pro+AI supports 5. Go to Settings → Team Members → Invite. Each team member logs in with their own Gmail and can post from the shared account. The account owner controls which social pages they can access.
AutoListAI never stores your social media passwords. All connections use OAuth 2.0 — the industry standard used by all major apps. You authenticate directly with Facebook/Google/LinkedIn, and AutoListAI only receives a limited access token. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, all post history, leads and connected account tokens within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. Cancel any active subscription first via Google Play before deleting your account.
Try tapping Regenerate — the AI produces a different result each time. Make sure all fields are filled in (property type, BHK, area, price, location). If the caption language is wrong, check your device language settings. If the issue persists, tap Edit to manually adjust the generated caption before posting.
