Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using AutoListAI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users, including free users and paid subscribers. VsnSoft reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the app.

2. Service description

AutoListAI is a real estate social media publishing application that enables users to:

• Publish property listings to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn simultaneously
• Schedule posts for future publishing
• Generate AI-written captions for property listings (Pro+AI plan)
• Apply watermarks to property photos
• Track leads and manage buyer inquiries (Pro plan and above)
• View analytics across connected social media platforms

3. Accounts and registration

You must create an account to use AutoListAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

VsnSoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

AutoListAI offers four plan tiers: Free, Starter (₹199/month), Pro (₹399/month), and Pro+AI (₹699/month). Annual plans are also available at a discounted rate.

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law
• VsnSoft reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use AutoListAI only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including real estate advertising laws
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Resell or commercially exploit the App without written permission from VsnSoft

6. Social media platform rules

When using AutoListAI to post to social media platforms, you must comply with the terms of service of each platform:

• Facebook/Instagram: Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards
• YouTube: YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies

VsnSoft is not responsible for the suspension or termination of your social media accounts due to violations of those platforms’ terms of service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through AutoListAI, including photos, videos, and property descriptions.

By using the App, you grant VsnSoft a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service (i.e., publishing to your connected social media accounts).

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish, including rights to any property photos and listing information.

8. AI-generated content

AutoListAI’s Pro+AI plan includes AI-generated property captions powered by Google Gemini. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI-generated captions are suggestions only — you should review and edit them before publishing
• VsnSoft is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for all content you publish, including AI-generated content you choose to use
• Do not publish AI-generated property descriptions without verifying they accurately represent the property

9. Limitation of liability

AutoListAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VsnSoft does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VsnSoft shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data or profits; or failure to publish posts due to social media platform outages or API changes.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

VsnSoft may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, limitation of liability, governing law) shall survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
