AutoListAI is a real estate social media publishing tool built by VsnSoft. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Information we collect

Account information: When you sign in with Google or create an email/password account, we collect your email address and display name. We use Firebase Authentication — your password is never stored by AutoListAI.

Property content: Photos, videos, and captions you upload to create posts. This content is processed to publish to your connected social media accounts and is not stored permanently on our servers beyond the session unless you save a draft.

Social media tokens: When you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn, we receive and securely store an access token. We never receive or store your social media passwords.

Usage data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and error logs to improve the app. This data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.

Device information: Device model, OS version, and app version for debugging and compatibility purposes.

2. How we use your information

To authenticate you and maintain your account
To publish property posts to your connected social media accounts
To generate AI captions using the property details you provide (Pro+AI plan)
To enforce your subscription plan limits (posts per month, feature access)
To send push notifications about post success, failure, and scheduled posts
To improve AutoListAI features and fix bugs
To provide customer support when you contact us

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not read your social media messages.

3. Social media account connections

AutoListAI connects to social platforms using their official OAuth 2.0 APIs. When you connect an account:

Facebook/Instagram: We use the Meta Graph API. We request only the permissions needed to publish posts to your Pages and Instagram Business account.
YouTube: We use the Google YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos to your channel.
LinkedIn: We use the LinkedIn API to share posts to your profile or company page.

You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Connected Accounts in the app. Disconnecting removes our access token — we can no longer post on your behalf.

AutoListAI only posts content. We never read your private messages, followers lists, or direct message history on any platform.

4. Data sharing and third parties

We share your data only with the following parties, and only as necessary to provide the service:

Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and push notifications (Google Cloud infrastructure)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram): To publish posts via their API when you’ve connected your account
Google (YouTube): To upload videos via YouTube Data API
LinkedIn: To share posts via LinkedIn API
Google Gemini AI: Property details you enter (BHK, area, price, location) are sent to generate captions (Pro+AI plan only). No personal information is sent.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specifically:

Account data: kept until you delete your account
Post history: kept for 12 months, then automatically deleted
Social media access tokens: kept until you disconnect the account or they expire
Property photos/videos: not stored on our servers — sent directly to the social platform and deleted from our cache

When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Security

We take security seriously:

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
Firebase databases use Firestore security rules to ensure users can only access their own data
Social media access tokens are stored encrypted
We never store social media passwords
Authentication is handled by Google Firebase — an industry-standard, SOC 2 certified service

7. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction: Update your account information at any time in app settings
Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data — Settings → Account → Delete Account
Disconnect social accounts: Remove our access to any social platform at any time
Opt out of analytics: Contact us to opt out of anonymous usage analytics

For any data requests, email us at support@vsnsoft.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Children’s privacy

AutoListAI is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via a push notification in the app and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
