Privacy Policy – AgentDesk Real Estate CRM

📋 1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how VSNSoft (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AgentDesk – Real Estate CRM application (“the App”), available as an Android app on Google Play and as a web app at vsnsoft.com/agentdesk, under the package ID com.vsnsoft.agentdesk.

By downloading, installing, or using AgentDesk, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

📂 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account & Identity Information

Your name and email address (provided during Google Sign-In)
Profile photo from your Google account (optional)
Your selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Agency)

Business / CRM Data You Enter

Client names, phone numbers, cities, and requirements
Property listings, prices, sizes, and notes
Follow-up dates, deal status, and commission records
Document checklist progress you mark within the App

Device & Usage Information

Device type and browser or Android OS version
App version and basic usage patterns for performance improvement
Error logs — these do not contain personally identifiable information

      ✅ Important: All CRM data you enter (clients, properties, commissions) is stored locally on your own device using your browser’s localStorage or the Android app’s private storage. This data is never transmitted to VSNSoft servers.
    

⚙️ 3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

Authenticate your identity securely via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
Display your name and profile in the app after login
Apply the correct plan features (Starter, Professional, or Agency)
Track subscription start date for your days-remaining countdown
Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
Respond to your support requests

      🔒 We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or sell it to any third parties under any circumstances.
    

🔑 4. Google Sign-In & OAuth 2.0

AgentDesk uses Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) as its authentication method. When you sign in with Google, we receive only:

Your Google account name and email address
Your profile picture (from your Google account)
A temporary OAuth access token used to verify your identity

We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service. Your Google password is never seen or stored by VSNSoft — authentication is handled entirely by Google’s secure servers.

The OAuth token is used only to fetch your basic profile at the time of login and is not stored on our servers. Your profile (name, email, photo) is saved to your device’s local storage to keep you signed in.

Google’s own privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

🛡️ 5. Data Storage & Security

AgentDesk is designed with privacy-first, local-first storage. Your CRM data is stored entirely on your own device:

Web App: Data is stored in your browser’s localStorage — it stays on your device and is never sent to VSNSoft servers
Android App: Data is stored in the app’s private sandboxed storage on your device
Google Sign-In: Only your name, email and photo are stored locally to keep you signed in
No cloud database: VSNSoft does not operate a database storing your client or property data

      ⚠️ Important note: Because data is stored locally on your device, clearing your browser cache, uninstalling the app, or switching devices will result in data loss. We recommend regularly exporting your client list as a backup. Cloud sync is planned for a future version.
    

All communication between your device and Google’s OAuth servers uses HTTPS encryption. We encourage you to keep your Google account secure and your device locked.

🤝 6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for commercial purposes. The only external service we use is:

Google OAuth 2.0 — For secure user authentication only. We receive only your basic profile (name, email, photo) and nothing else.
Google Play Services — For Android app distribution and update delivery only.
Razorpay — For payment processing when you upgrade to a paid plan. Razorpay handles all payment data directly; VSNSoft does not store your card or banking details.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the safety and rights of VSNSoft or its users.

📅 7. Data Retention

Because your CRM data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of your data at all times. You can delete your data at any time by:

Clearing your browser’s localStorage (web app)
Uninstalling the AgentDesk Android app
Using the “Sign Out” option which clears your local session

VSNSoft does not hold copies of your CRM data on its servers, so there is no server-side deletion required for CRM records. For any account-related queries, contact us at support@vsnsoft.com and we will respond within 30 days.

✅ 8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — Your data is stored on your own device; you have full direct access at all times
Correction — Update your profile details from within the App settings
Deletion — Delete your local data at any time by signing out or clearing app data; contact us for any server-side account records
Portability — Export your client and property data from within the App
Withdraw Google Access — Revoke AgentDesk’s Google Sign-In access at any time from your Google Account permissions page

👶 9. Children’s Privacy

AgentDesk is a professional real estate CRM tool intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 where applicable by local law).

If you believe a child has used AgentDesk and provided personal information, please contact us immediately at support@vsnsoft.com and we will take immediate action to delete such information.

📱 10. App Permissions

The AgentDesk Android app requests only the minimum permissions required to function:

Internet — Required for Google Sign-In authentication and payment processing
Notifications — To deliver follow-up reminders you set within the App (you can disable this in device settings at any time)

      ✅ AgentDesk does not request access to your Camera, Contacts, Location, Microphone, SMS, or Storage. We request only what is strictly necessary.
    

All permissions can be reviewed and managed from your device’s Settings → Apps → AgentDesk → Permissions at any time.

🔄 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will notify users via an in-app notice or email (where we hold your email address). We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of AgentDesk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
