Managing Your Clients

Every client enquiry — buyer, seller, renter, NRI investor — goes into your client list with full details and status tracking.

Add and track clients

Click "+ Add Client" to open the form. Fill in their name, phone, city, requirement and budget. Set their status — Hot, Warm, New, Cold or Closed — so you always know who to call first.

Property Listings

Add all your active listings — sale, rent and lease — and share them to WhatsApp clients with one tap.

Add and share properties

Go to Properties and click "+ Add Property". Enter the property name, type, price, city and size. Once saved, a WhatsApp share button lets you instantly send the listing to any client.

Is AgentDesk really free? +

Yes — the Starter plan is free forever. No credit card, no time limit. You get up to 10 clients, 5 property listings, EMI calculator and basic pipeline. Upgrade to Pro (₹699/year) for unlimited access.

Where is my data stored? +

Your data is stored in your browser's local storage — on your own device. Nothing is sent to any server. This means your client data is completely private and only you can see it.

What if I clear my browser or change devices? +

Currently data is stored in the browser. If you clear your cache or switch devices, data may be lost. We recommend exporting your client list regularly. Cloud sync across devices is coming in Pro v2.

Can I use AgentDesk on my phone? +

Yes! AgentDesk is a web app that works on any browser — mobile, tablet or desktop. The Android app is available on Google Play Store (search "AgentDesk VSNSoft"). iPhone app coming soon.

How is AgentDesk different from other CRM software? +

AgentDesk is built specifically for property agents — not generic sales CRM. It includes India-specific features like Tamil Nadu document checklists (EC, Patta, Chitta, DTCP), rupee commission tracking, WhatsApp sharing, and pricing at ₹699/year that any individual agent can afford.
